McGowan Quality Constructions completed extensive works to Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat to rejuvenate this holistic wellness resort.
This project included 15 guest suite renovations, five brand new villas, and two commercial builds - Gwinganna House and the Wellness Education Centre.
It was important to build sustainable infrastructure that was going to withstand the Tallebudgera Valley environment and suit the picturesque backdrop whilst provide a calming sense of tranquillity. Working with our clients, we had a focus on natural materials and Australian hardwoods to co-exist with the native gums and surrounding rural setting.
Subvision & New Build
A knockdown rebuild involved turning an old corner block with a lot of potential into two brand new houses for the resale market. With a focus on maximizing space and functionality, whilst adhering to budget, our client sourced us to help complete a build appealing to the local market. Commercial New Build
Our 2024 project, the EcoView Retreat. This corporate wellness oasis was a significant endeavor we expertly managed from the initial design concept all the way through to completion. Despite a tight deadline, and challenges with wet weather, every aspect of this project adheres to our high standards of quality and excellence. We are proud to have delivered a project of this scale to the Gold Coast market and to our wonderful repeat clients.
New Duplexes
Our 2025 major project was designed with both sophistication and functionality in mind. The brief called for a contemporary yet inviting space that maximised every square metre. A strong emphasis was placed on creating a striking first impression, enhancing street appeal, and incorporating rich natural textures throughout. An open-plan layout was key to the design, allowing for seamless living and an abundance of natural light to flow through the home.
